While working construction at a private home in Boynton Beach, Jacques noticed the abundance of coconuts trees on the property. Curious, he asked the homeowner what he did with them. When invited to take the coconuts, Jacques loaded his truck with the simple intention of staying hydrated during long workdays.

One morning, after a routine stop for coffee, Jacques returned to his truck to find people waiting, not for construction services, but for coconuts. Though he had no intention of selling them, the intrest was undeniable. Within minutes, people insisted in paying, and in less than fifteen minutes, Jacques relized he had earned sixty dollars simply by sharing something natural, fresh, and nourishing.

That moment sparked a realization: this wasn't just refreshment, it was opportunity.

Jacques began studying how coconut vendors operated, starting humbly from the back of his truck, just as others had. He organized a small team, refined his process, and soon envisioned something more immersive a mobile tiki hut that transformed coconut water into an experience. The resonse was immediate, and the business grew rapidly.

As demand increased, Jacques' creativity expanded, Drawing from his construction background and passion for craftsmanship, he began designing mobile tiki structures shaped like boats each one built by hand, each one unique. The designs resonated deeply with venues and clients, opening the door to custom builds in a variety of styles and sizes.

Today, Jacques personally designs and builds every Coconut Tiki creation, blending traditional craftsmanship with island-inspired aesthetics. What started as coconuts in the back of a truck has evolved into a fully realized mobile experience brand, one rooted in authenticity, sustainability, and joy.

Born in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, Jacques moved to the United States at the age of fourteen. He attended high school and college in the U.S., was an athlete throughout his youth, and has always been driven by a desire to use his skills to contribute meaningfully to society.
